Hey all, we're looking to add a couple of folks to the team here at Primal Custom and I wanted to send this out to the group as this is exactly the demo we're trying to pull from - motivated to succeed and crazy about cycling. For those who aren't familiar with our (new) custom program - We're not the old Primal Wear. I've never worn a jersey with a clown on it and have no intention of doing so. I want to provide our customers with a superior product, professional designs and the best customer service around. All the tools are in place, we just need good people to help deliver. POSITION #1 Looking for Sales Superstar in Cycling Industry You: Professional sales person with a demonstrated record of knocking it out of the park. Your references should be perfect and are still sad that you don’t work for them. You have cycling industry experience and again, have fantastic customer references. You want to be part of a big growth plan and have a burning desire to work in the action sports industry. You have extraordinary customer service and organizational skills and are a proven hunter. Me: Primal Wear is one of the largest custom manufacturers of race and recreational cycling clothing in the world. We are growing fast and have big plans for the next three years and we are looking for a sales driver to get us there. Cutting edge action sports business where the corporate culture and relaxed atmosphere are a big part of working here. We have to have the right fit with experience and drive—you have to be able to work in a collaborative environment. The Job: Responsible for a specific region of the US developing and retaining bike shop accounts or soliciting custom orders from racing teams and clubs. Primarily phone sales punctuated with some seasonal weekend cycling event work and up to 30% travel to work with accounts. You are responsible for all aspects of account management and are accountable for specific numerical goals. This is a job for an aggressive, goal oriented, reward motivated, superstar. The position provides a competitive base salary with an aggressive commission plan that rewards outstanding performance with outstanding pay. This means of course that you need to have some level of experience with these programs, demonstrate that you have done project management work and have a stratospheric level of customer service. Now, wrap that all up with someone who knows about the cycling industry or at a minimum is an enthusiast and you are our dream candidate. Who is this great company you ask? Primal Wear is one of the largest manufacturers of cycling apparel in the world and we are growing fast and need some help. This Custom Sales Liaison job will pay in the $12-$15 per hour range and comes with benefits which we can discuss at a later time.
