bump. i have a hard time believing that nobody on this team has a 3-bike trunk rack.

No one wants to admit they have one if they do. They are ugly, ruin your car, limit your rear view visibility, potentially causing an accident, they are not very secur, and for the money, why not just get a roof rack... That could be why...

I saw a nice rack the other day. Nice trunk too.

Racks seem too industrial and don't seem to blend with the rest of the car too well anymore. The racks on the cars are getting bigger and bigger, rather than compact and snug with the roof. It has to be proportional.

I ditched my roof rack and picked up 2.8 mpg. Of course no my wheels scratch my frame and my chain jacks up my seats, but it's worth it. Fuck the gas companies.
