Hey guys- selling my Tacx Forius VR (Virtual Reality) indoor trainer. It's the same concept as the Computrainer, only, you can ride real courses and feel real gradients/etc. The VR part is that it hooks into your PC and the speed is controlled by your pedalling...pedal slow the picture moves slow, pedal fast, and zing! It has a few different software functions: 1. Catalyst - Power specific training. This has a power meter built into the fly unit. Pretty good. Set up intervals/etc 2. VR Racing - Virtual Racing. Looks like a video game, and allows you to race up to 6 other people at once, and, allows you to steer in real-time. Yes, that means I have the steering attachment as well 3. Real Life Video - Basically it's real life film of various euro rides/races that, again, is as real as it gets. Wanna climb at 9%? The combo of the film + resisitance will create that, basd on how fast/hard you're pedalling. So, included in the sale: 1. The headunit (obviously) 2. The trainer 3. The steering attachment 4. 5 DVD's: 2007 Tour of Flanders, Tour of Lombardy (the best!), Amstel Gold (14% on a trainer!), Milan-San Remo (Poggio & Cipressa in your own home!!!) & The Iron Horse. This is a seriously awesome training tool, and really helps out in the winter when you can't make it outside. Or, if you're tired of the plain old trainer, it makes you actually love it!
