Wanted to Borrow/Rent/Buy Cheaply: MTB/Cross
I am considering taking up 'cross more seriously this offseason. That means I need tools for the sport. I only race with the best, so I need the fanciest 'cross or MTB bike available. Nothing less than 3K for frame/fork. And Zipp Clydesdayles. And maybe some Keith Bailey/Huggins blood. And a centrifuge. Or, if you have an cheap old 'cross/MTB lying around that I could borrow for a few weeks and try this silly sport out, that'll do too.
