Just imagine - I could have looked the cop who stopped me up LOM and said ' Hey buddy, I know 5a. '. My wife would be happy to have picked me up from jail the next day, but at lease I would have shown him I know my rights.

Correct, nice gets you the warning. But if you are nice and still get a ticket then whip out the 5a. Are you telling me your wife has never had to bail you out. I can't say the same.

I never get in trouble...
